The website
flohub.io describes FloHub's services, publishes guides and offers the Flohub Daily brief. The site has no checkout or account login. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Descriptions of our services
Pages about our services describe what we can build and how we work. They aren't promises of any particular result. Results depend on your business, your offer, your data and how the systems are used. Prices shown on the site are a starting point, and the price that applies is the one in your written agreement.
Our guides aren't professional advice
Our guides and Flohub Daily are general information, not legal, security, tax or other professional advice. Rules change and depend on your facts, so talk to a qualified professional about your situation.
Your responsibilities
If you use a system FloHub builds for you, you're responsible for how you use it, including following the laws that apply to your outreach, calls, texts, emails and data (for example consent, Do-Not-Call and privacy rules), having the right to use the contacts and data you bring, and giving people the notices the law requires.
You may not use this site to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, or interfere with or probe the site without permission.
Our content
The site's text, design, logos and images belong to us or our licensors. You can read, share links to and quote short parts of our guides with credit. Don't copy or republish the site's content in bulk, or use our name or logo to suggest we endorse you, without written permission.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to government and other third-party sites, and our booking button opens Calendly. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
No warranties
We provide the site "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to a court of competent jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
