Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FloHub collects on flohub.io, why, and the choices you have. "FloHub", "we" and "us" mean ELRITO Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which runs flohub.io. Questions: [email protected].

The short version

  • Most pages on flohub.io measure how the site is used with PostHog. It stores a random identifier in your browser, and it doesn't run if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Our blog, this page and our Terms don't load PostHog.
  • If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter and passes them to us.
  • If you sign up for Flohub Daily, we keep your email address or Telegram handle so we can send it.
  • When we build systems for a client, we handle the client's data on the client's behalf and under our agreement with them.
  • We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information we collect on the website

Usage analytics. On pages that use analytics, a PostHog script records the pages you view, when you leave a page, and the links and buttons you click. With each event it sends the web address of the page with anything after a "?" or "#" removed, the page title, browser and device details, and a random identifier kept in a cookie and in your browser's local storage. PostHog also receives your IP address and may use it to estimate your general location. The script may also load PostHog's survey feature. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the script doesn't start and nothing is sent.

Booking a call. Our "book a call" buttons open a Calendly scheduling window. Calendly collects the name, email address and any answers you enter, under its own privacy policy, and sends us the booking details so we can hold the call.

Flohub Daily sign-up. If you sign up, we store the email address and/or Telegram handle you give us, the page you signed up from, your browser's user-agent string and the sign-up time. We use them only to send Flohub Daily and to manage your subscription.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives your IP address, browser type and the page requested, so it can deliver the page and protect the site from abuse.

Messages you send us. If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you include, and we use it to reply.

Information we handle for clients

When a client hires FloHub to build or run a system, such as a CRM, an outreach workflow, an intake flow or an AI assistant, we may handle the client's business data and the personal information inside it. We do that on the client's behalf, under their instructions and our agreement with them. If you're a customer or contact of one of our clients, contact that business about your information, and we'll help them answer your request.

How we use information

We use information to run, secure and improve the website; to schedule and hold calls; to send Flohub Daily to people who signed up; to provide services to clients under their agreements; to answer messages; and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run FloHub, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), analytics (PostHog), scheduling (Calendly) and the tools our clients ask us to use, and only for that purpose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We don't sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We're setting analytics retention to 24 months, after which we delete analytics data or keep only aggregate totals. We keep Flohub Daily sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep booking details and emails for as long as we need them for the conversation or the client relationship. We keep client data for as long as the client's agreement and instructions require. In every case we may keep information longer if the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

Opt out of analytics: turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, or clear flohub.io's cookies and site data in your browser.

Unsubscribe from Flohub Daily: use the unsubscribe link in any issue, or email [email protected].

Access, correct or delete: email [email protected]. We'll verify your request and respond within the time the law allows.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you can ask to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, and to have it deleted or corrected. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, but we don't sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing, and they also switch off PostHog. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. An authorized agent can make a request for you if we can verify their authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the information we handle. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

FloHub is a business service. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on this page before it takes effect.
